At Picksy, every order is prepared with care and intention. This policy explains how we process and deliver orders within Nigeria, and how shipping costs are communicated before dispatch.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7 business days.
Processing may take longer during high‑volume periods or when handling made‑to‑order or 3D‑printed items.

You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase is placed, and a follow‑up notification when your order is ready for shipment.

Shipping

We currently ship nationwide across Nigeria through trusted delivery partners.

Shipping Cost

To ensure accurate pricing based on your exact location and package weight:

• Final shipping cost will be communicated once your order is ready to be shipped.
• You will receive a message or email with the delivery fee and payment instructions before dispatch.
• Orders are shipped only after the shipping fee has been confirmed and paid.

This approach ensures transparency and prevents overcharging or undercharging due to fluctuating courier rates.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:

• Lagos: 24hrs on a business day
• Other states: Within 7 days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional logistics.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details or delivery updates from our courier partner.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and contact details are complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to you.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact the courier first, then reach out to us at picksyfind@gmail.com and we’ll assist where possible.

Pre‑Orders & Made‑to‑Order Items

Some items — including 3D‑printed or custom pieces — may require additional production time.
Any extended timelines will be clearly communicated.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within Nigeria.
International shipping will be introduced at a later stage.
